Supplemental Terms of Use – Generative AI

These GenAI Terms govern your use of generative AI features on the Brightflag platform. By using these features, you agree to these terms, which supplement and are incorporated into your existing subscription or vendor agreement with Brightflag (Primary Agreement). In case of a conflict, these GenAI Terms take precedence regarding GenAI features.
