1️⃣ Navigate to the Report Scheduler
📍 Go to: Reports tab > Report Scheduler
2️⃣ Specify the SFTP Server Details
🔹 Enter the SFTP Server Address (e.g., sftp.brightflag.com).
🔹 Define the SFTP Path (e.g., /ap-export) – This is the subfolder where the file will be saved.
3️⃣ Choose the Authentication Method
🔐 Option 1: Credentials Authentication
Enter a Username & Password.
🔑 Option 2: Private Key Authentication
Enter a Username & Private Key.
📌 Who Hosts the SFTP Server?
Brightflag can provide an SFTP server for your use.
Alternatively, you can use your own SFTP server and configure it the same way.

📌 Where Do I Get a Private Key?
If you use a private key instead of a password, obtain it from the SFTP server host.
If Brightflag hosts your SFTP server, request a private key from Brightflag Support.
If you host your own SFTP server, authentication is managed within your own system, and nothing needs to be provided to Brightflag.
📌 What Private Key Type Does Brightflag Support?
✔️ Brightflag SFTP supports PKCS#8 private keys.
