You can easily export all Records from a Workroom for use outside of Brightflag Workspace.

To export all Records from a Workroom:

  1. Open the destination Workroom and select the Settings Tab.

  2. Click on the Setting tab, and you will see download options:

  1. Download Files as Zip - entire contents of Workroom Records (Folders and Files) are downloaded as a zip file.
    ​

  2. Download Folder Index as csv - list of Workroom Records folders downloaded as a .csv file
    ​

  3. Download File Index as csv - list of Workroom Records files downloaded as a .csv file
    ​

  4. Click Download next to your desired option.
