You can easily export all Records from a Workroom for use outside of Brightflag Workspace.
To export all Records from a Workroom:
Open the destination Workroom and select the Settings Tab.
Click on the Setting tab, and you will see download options:
Download Files as Zip - entire contents of Workroom Records (Folders and Files) are downloaded as a zip file.
Download Folder Index as csv - list of Workroom Records folders downloaded as a .csv file
Download File Index as csv - list of Workroom Records files downloaded as a .csv file
Click Download next to your desired option.
