Quick answers
Can I create an RFP without a matter? Yes, but you must link one before you can award it, and you can't change it once linked.
Can firms choose their own fee structure? Only if you select "Let the law firm choose."
What currency do firms quote in? The linked matter's currency.
Can firms see each other's responses or who else was invited? No.
What if a firm misses the deadline? They're locked out and can't submit late.
Does requesting a new firm add it right away? No. It's created as Pending and reviewed by Brightflag Customer Services.
If I edit an RFP made from a template, does the template change? No, and editing a template doesn't change RFPs already created from it.
