How to change the recipients or SFTP of a scheduled report: For Clients

Navigate to your Reports tab > Report Scheduler


  1. Find the desired report under Manage Scheduled Reports.

  2. Click on the blue user button to the right of the report.
  3. Add or remove recipients.

  4. Add or remove an SFTP.

  5. Confirm the changes by clicking Update.

Note: For changes related to the occurrence and schedule triggering, please disable the existing report schedule and create a new one as this part is currently not editable.
