What happens with my eBilling Hub integration when a new office is created on Brightflag?

When a new office for your firm has been created by your client on Brightflag, you will need to share the Office ID with the eBilling Hub team.

The Office ID can be found on the home page of your Brightflag account.

Authentication will then happen in the background once the details have been shared with the eBillingHub team. eBillingHub will provision your law firm for each Brightflag client you work with and then that new law firm office will be able to upload invoices for that customer once eBilling Hub confirms the changes have taken effect.
