What happens if the same person appears in multiple stages of a workflow?

I don't need the same person to appear in multiple stages of a workflow.

In situations where the same person appears in multiple stages of an invoice approval workflow, the Brightflag system detects this and will only add the reviewer once.

For example: If the first stage reviewer is the Internal Matter Lead and the second stage reviewer is the Department Head, but both roles are held by the same person, only the first stage of this workflow will be included on the invoice.

I need the same person to appear in multiple stages of a workflow.

You can enable a feature in the workflow admin settings that lets you assign a user to multiple stages of a workflow.

When enabled, an admin can set a user on a workflow once per stage, and the application will acknowledge the reviewer in each stage they are present. 

1. Navigate to Menu > Admin Settings > Workflows 
2. Turn on the Allow Repeat Reviewers toggle
