Disabling and re-enabling law firm user access

If a user from a law firm no longer requires access to the platform, you can disable their access through the Vendor Management section as per the below:

1. Navigate to Vendors > Vendor Management

2. Filter down to the law firm in question.

3. Open the users interface.

 

 

4. From here, you can control the role and permissions of the user, and also disable/enable their access to the platform. Once a change is made by ticking the relevant box, confirm/save it with the Update button:

 

 

Note: Disabling a user account will also stop all automated notifications to the user, such as accruals notification and invoice approval/rejection emails.
