If you are unable to remember your password, you can reset it at any time.
To reset your password:
- Navigate to your Brightflag login page.
- Click on Password Reset.
- Enter your email address and click Reset Password.
- You will then receive an email with your new password. If you can't find the email, please check your spam/junk folder.
- Use your new temporary password to log in.
When you have logged in with your new temporary password, you can change your password to something more memorable.
If you are unable to reset your password, your account may be locked.
