Viewing Existing Timekeeper Rates (for Vendors and Law Firms)

Keeping track of your agreed timekeeper rates is important for ensuring your invoices don't get auto-rejected. After you submit a new timekeeper rate request, you can keep tabs on its approval progress on this page. 


Viewing Existing Timekeeper Rates 

  1. Navigate to Menu > Timekeepers.

  2. From here, you can view the most recently submitted rate for each timekeeper.
    • Sort the table by a given value by clicking on the field title.

  3. If you would like to see the rates history of a timekeeper, click on that timekeeper's name.
    • The most recently submitted timekeeper rate that has been approved will be considered the 'active' rate. This is the rate that will be checked against your invoices.
