If your billing details or contact details are required from your client, you can enter them through the Brightflag Law Firm Portal. You must be a vendor admin to do this. If you are unsure what access level you have, please follow this guide.
- To begin, navigate to Menu > My Firm
- From there you can add or edit both your billing details or contact details
- Ensure to click the relevant Update button after editing each section
Until you enter billing or contact info, "Firm details not submitted" will appear beside each user's name. You can ignore this if it is not a requirement for your client.
