Adding Billing Information & Contact Details: for Vendors (Law Firms)

If your billing details or contact details are required by your client, you can enter them through the Brightflag Law Firm Portal. You must be a vendor admin to do this.

If you are unsure what access level you have please visit the User Roles & Permissions for Vendors (Law Firms) article in our help centre. 


  1. To begin, navigate to Menu > My Firmmceclip0.png

  2. From there you can add or edit both your billing details or contact details

  3. Ensure to click the relevant Update button after editing each section
Until you enter billing or contact info, "Firm details not submitted" will appear beside each user's name. You can ignore this if it is not a requirement for your client.
Please note, some clients do not allow these fields to be editable. If this is the case and you would like to update your billing information, please reach out to your client contact directly.
