Adding Billing Information and Contact Details (for Law Firms and Vendors)

This article is for law firms and vendors.

If your billing details or contact details are required by your client, you can enter them through the Brightflag Law Firm Portal. You must be a Vendor Admin or Office Admin to do this. Find out more about roles and permissions on Brightflag here


  1. To begin, navigate to Menu > My Firmmceclip0.png

  2. Here, you can add or edit your billing details and contact details.

  3. Click the 'update' button after editing each section to save your details.
Until you enter billing or contact info, 'firm details not submitted' will appear beside each user's name. You can ignore this if it's not a requirement for your client.
Please note, that some clients do not allow these fields to be editable based on their configuration with Brightflag. For example, or example, clients with the Paysites feature enabled, vendors will not be able to edit billing details on Brightflag. If this is the case and you would like to update your billing information, please reach out to your client contact directly.
