When reviewing an invoice, your client may make an adjustment. These adjustments can be accessed through the Brightflag Law Firm Portal.
To access the adjustments on an invoice:
- Navigate to Menu > View Invoices.
- Find the relevant invoice using the filters or search bar.
- Click the Actions button to the right of the invoice and then click Download Invoice.
- This will provide you with a spreadsheet breakdown of all adjustments. The sheet entitled Detail
Lines will list the line items that were adjusted and the adjustment reason.
Brightflag does not recalculate the tax for your revised draft. You must recalculate the tax after you have amended the line items and subsequent net fee total.
