Changing a Scheduled Report: for Brightflag Customers (Clients)

After you have scheduled a report, you may find you want to change the setup of the schedule. Alternatively, you may want to pause or delete the scheduled report.

All changes to scheduled reports can be carried out at Menu > Reports > Report Scheduler

 

To pause or disable a scheduled report:

  1. Find the desired report under Manage Scheduled Reports.

  2. Untick the Enabled box on the relevant row. This will pause this scheduled report from running, but it will not delete the report.

  3. To un-pause or re-enable the report, simply re-tick the Enabled box.

To delete a scheduled report:

  1. Find the desired report under Manage Scheduled Reports.

  2. Click on the orange bin button.

  3. Confirm the deletion by clicking the Delete button.

To change the export type, frequency or timeframe of a scheduled report:

  1. Find the desired report under Manage Scheduled Reports.

  2. Click on the buttons Export, Freq., or Timeframe and enter the new value.

  3. Confirm the entry by clicking the blue tick button.

To change the recipients or SFTP of a scheduled report:

  1. Find the desired report under Manage Scheduled Reports.

  2. Click on the blue user button to the right of the report.

  3. Add or remove recipients.

  4. Add or remove an SFTP.

  5. Confirm the changes by clicking Update.
