How to Find an Invoice in Brightflag

If you are unable to locate an invoice, follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.


πŸ” How to Search for an Invoice

1️⃣ Navigate to Invoice Management

  • Go to Menu > Invoices

2️⃣ Use Filters to Narrow Your Search 

  • Click "Apply Filters" after making selections or "Clear Filters" to reset.

🚨 Can't Find an Invoice? Troubleshooting Steps

If your invoice isn’t appearing in search results, follow these steps:

βœ” Check Matter Access

  • You must have access to the matter that the invoice is linked to.
  • If you're unsure, ask your company's Admin, who can see all matters.

βœ” Confirm Invoice Submission Status

  • Ask the vendor (law firm) to confirm that they submitted the invoice and that its status is "With Client".

βœ” Use Broad Search Filters

  • Try selecting "All Invoice Statuses" to expand search results.
