- Go to Menu > Invoices

- Click "Apply Filters" after making selections or "Clear Filters" to reset.
π¨ Can't Find an Invoice? Troubleshooting Steps
If your invoice isnβt appearing in search results, follow these steps:
β Check Matter Access
- You must have access to the matter that the invoice is linked to.
- If you're unsure, ask your company's Admin, who can see all matters.
β Confirm Invoice Submission Status
- Ask the vendor (law firm) to confirm that they submitted the invoice and that its status is "With Client".
β Use Broad Search Filters
- Try selecting "All Invoice Statuses" to expand search results.
