Using Brightflag's timekeeper rate management tool, your vendors can submit timekeeper rates through the Brightflag Law Firm Portal.
Once your vendor has submitted the timekeeper rates, administrator users within your company can review and track the rates through Brightflag.
To approve timekeeper rates:
- Navigate to Menu > Timekeepers > Timekeeper Rates Requests.
- Click Approve beside each of the rates as required. Alternatively, use the tick boxes on the left of the screen to bulk approve.
- After clicking approve, you will be provided with a non-required option to enter a comment that your vendor will see.
- Confirm the action by clicking Approve again.
To reject the new timekeeper rates:
- Navigate to Menu > Timekeepers > Timekeeper Rates Requests.
- Click Reject beside each of the rates as required. Alternatively, use the tick boxes on the left of the screen to bulk approve.
- After clicking reject, you will be required to enter a rejection reason. Your vendor will be able to see this rejection reason on the Brightflag Law Firm Portal.
- Confirm the action by clicking Reject again. Be descriptive so that your vendor understands what needs to be amended when resubmitting the rates.
- Contact your vendor to request that they re-submit the timekeeper rates with the required amendments.
