    • No Additional Action (if you do not want to replace the former IML with the new IML on any invoice approval workflows of the pending invoices in this matter).
      • NOTE: This will bump the former IML into the matter participants' box below.
    • Add new Internal Matter Lead to current Approval Stage
    • Replace existing Internal Matter Lead with New Internal Matter Lead on existing Approval Stage.

  7. A matter must always have an internal matter lead, which is why you can't remove a matter lead. You can only replace them.

To remove a Matter Participant:

  1. Click the red X beside the matter participant's name.

  2. This will remove their access to the Matter unless they are an admin user, overview user, or department overview user (and the matter is in their department).

To add a Matter Participant:

  1. Click on the + symbol beside Matter Participants.

  4. This user will now have access to this matter.
