You can submit your monthly accruals either manually or in-bulk.
After you or one of your colleagues have submitted accruals, you may want to view or edit the amounts.
To view existing entries for this month's accruals period:
- Navigate to Menu > Accruals.
- Here, you will see all accrual entries completed by you or your colleagues.
- You will only see matters that you have access to.
- Where you the amount listed as '0', it means the '0' was actively entered by someone in your vendor. Where you see the amount left as blank, no one in your vendor has entered an amount.
- You will be able to view this month's accruals entries up until the last calendar day of the month. After this point, a new accrual period will begin.
- Your client will have access to historical accruals entries for reporting on their end.
To edit existing entries for this month's accruals period:
- Navigate to Menu > Accruals.
- If you would like to edit existing entries, you must do so before the accrual submission window closes. Depending on your client, this could be at any point in the month.
- You will know that the accrual submission window has closed if the accrual amounts are greyed out. Additionally, the deadline for the accrual submission window is stated at the top of your screen "Accruals Submission Closed: [date] [time] [timezone] 23:59:59".
- If the accruals submission window is open, you can update the existing entries either manually or in-bulk as normal.
- Make sure to click Submit at the bottom of the screen whenever you are making an edit.
