Logging in to the Brightflag application can be done in 2 ways:
- Email address & Password.
- Single Sign-On (SSO).
Single Sign-On (SSO):
SSO is only available if your company has configured SSO with Brightflag logins. This is currently not available for vendors. If you are unsure what URL to use for this, reach out to your company's Brightflag admin or support@brightflag.com.
Email address & Password:
You can log in to Brightflag as soon as you have had an account created. When your account is created, you will receive an email a link to log in and set your password. If you cannot see this email, check your spam/junk folder.
If you still can't find this email, navigate to the Brightflag login page. To do this, go to one of the 3 URLs below:
- https://app.brightflag.com/login - USA
- https://enterprise.brightflag.com/login - Europe
- https://aus.brightflag.com/login - APAC
If you are a Brightflag customer (in-house team), you will always have the same URL. The URL is based on the location of your company's headquarters.
If you are a vendor/law firm (outside counsel), the URL is based on the location of your client's headquarters. If you bill to multiple clients across several regions, you may need to log in via different URLs for each client. If you are unsure, contact support@brightflag.com and we can advise you from there.
