This article is best suited for Law Firms/Vendors that use Brightflag on behalf of their clients.

To login and access the Brightflag application can be done in 2 ways:
- Email address & Password.
- Single Sign-On (SSO).
Below is a step-by-step guide on how to log in and change clients:
Single Sign-On (SSO):
SSO is only available to Clients (Brightflag Customers) at this time. Keep an eye on the Release Notes section of our help centre for updates & enhancements to Brightflag's Law Firm Portal.
Email address & Password:
You can log in to Brightflag as soon as you have had an account created. When your account is created, you will receive an email a link to log in and set your password. If you cannot see this email, check your spam/junk folder.
If you still can't find this email, navigate to the Brightflag login page. To do this, go to one of the 3 URLs below:
- https://app.brightflag.com/login - USA
- https://enterprise.brightflag.com/login - Europe
- https://aus.brightflag.com/login - APAC
If you are a Brightflag customer (in-house team), you will always have the same URL. The URL is based on the location of your company's headquarters.
If you are a vendor/law firm (outside counsel), the URL is based on the location of your client's headquarters. If you bill to multiple clients across several regions, you may need to log in via different URLs for each client. If you are unsure, contact Brightflag Support and we can advise you from there.
