Completing Your Diversity Survey (for Vendors and Law Firms)

This article is for vendors and law firms.

If your firm has received a request to submit timekeeper diversity information to a client via Brightflag, your firm's Vendor Admin will need to upload the email address and country code for each timekeeper. If you are located in the USA, you will receive an email with a link to a diversity survey. To see our privacy policy, click here.

You can share these instructions with the timekeepers (attorneys/lawyers) who will receive the email invitation to participate.

Completing the Diversity Survey

  1. Click on Launch Diversity Survey in the email you received. 

  2. From there, you will be prompted to enter your email address. This should be the same email address where you received the email.

  3. Click Access Survey.
    • If you would prefer not to populate the survey, click Opt Out. Your participation will be recorded but your decision to opt out will not be known by anyone at your firm or client.
    • If you choose to populate the survey, choose an option for each of the 5 questions.
  4. Click Done and Yes, Submit.
