How to complete Your Diversity Survey: For Vendors

 

  1. Click on Launch Diversity Survey in the email you received. 

  2. From there, you will be prompted to enter your email address. This should be the same email address where you received the email.

  3. Click Access Survey.
    • If you would prefer not to populate the survey, click Opt Out. Your participation will be recorded but your decision to opt out will not be known by anyone at your firm or client.
    • If you choose to populate the survey, choose an option for each of the 5 questions.
  4. Click Done and Yes, Submit.

Who will receive the survey?

Only timekeepers listed with the location USA will receive the Survey.

When is the survey sent?

The survey is sent once a day once your Admin has submitted the details into Brightflag until you have actioned the Survey.

Who received this request from the Client?

The Vendor Admin for the firm will receive the email if the function has been turned on for a client. Once they have uploaded the timekeeper details the timekeepers will receive their surveys If based in the USA.

What if a don't wish to provide this information?

There is an option for everything to select "prefer not to say". However, the results of the same are private and not displayed anywhere that an individual could be determined.
