This article is for law firm and vendor users.
Choosing your 'active' client/firm/office will allow you to interact with the matters, invoices, and everything else associated with each respectively.
It may appear that you do not have the right access to view your client's matters or invoices, but when you log in, you must select the correct client/firm/office combination before taking action.
Brightflag clients are split across three regions (US, EU and AUS). Ask your client which region they are in and follow this guide to ensure you're looking on the right region: How to Find My New Client (for Law Firms and Vendors)

How to view and access a client, firm, or office:
- Click on your name in the top right corner of any screen:
- Click on the currently active client name:
- Choose your client/firm/office* from the dropdown list:
*Switching between offices is currently only available to Vendor Admin users. If you are not a Vendor Admin user, please contact your client's admin team to request they upgrade your access. You can read more about vendor user roles here: User Roles and Permissions (for Vendors and Law Firms)
If you only see one client in the dropdown list, but you need access to other clients, ask your vendor admin to add you to the other clients.
