Choosing your 'active' client will allow you to interact with that client's matters, invoices, and everything else. When you log in, it is important you select the correct client before taking any action.
To choose a client:
- Click on your name in the top right corner of any screen.
- Click on the currently active client name.
- Choose your client from the dropdown list.
If you only see one client in the dropdown list, but you need access to other clients, ask your vendor admin to add you to the other clients.
