Email Address and Password
Once your account has been created, you can log in to Brightflag. You will receive an email link to log in and set your password. If you haven't received this email, make sure to check your spam or junk folder.
If you still can't find this email, navigate to the Brightflag login page. To do this, visit one of the URLs below. Please ensure to visit the correct URL, which will be indicated in the account set-up email you received. The URL is typically based on the HQ location of the client account.

- Europe, Middle-East & Africas: https://enterprise.brightflag.com/login
- Asia Pacific: https://aus.brightflag.com/login
Clients (Customers of Brightflag)
To log in and access the Brightflag client platform, you will always have the same URL which is based on the location of your company's headquarters.
Logging in to the Brightflag application can be done in 2 ways:
- Email address & Password.
- Single Sign-On (SSO).
Single Sign-On (SSO)
SSO is only available if your company has configured SSO with Brightflag logins. This is currently not available for Vendor Law Firms. If you are unsure what URL to use for this, reach out to your company's Brightflag admin or contact Brightflag Support for further help.

Vendors and Law Firms
If you are a vendor or law firm user, the URL is based on the location of your client's headquarters. If you bill multiple clients across several regions, you may need to log in via different URLs for each client.
