Brightflag Login & Access for Customers, Vendors & Law Firms

Whether you're a client or a vendor, you can access Brightflag through our unified login portals. Despite logging in through the same gateway, both clients and vendors are presented with tailored views of the platform to serve their unique roles. In this article, we'll go over what's required to access Brightflag.

Account Creation:


Client accounts are created and managed by your respective Brightflag administrators. During the onboarding process, your Brightflag administrators will create your account.

If you are an admin on Brightflag you can on-board your colleagues by following these steps: Creating New Users (Clients)

If you are unsure whether they have an account or require assistance, please reach out to your Brightflag administrator directly. Alternatively, our dedicated support team is available to provide assistance and address any account-related queries you may have.


Vendor accounts are added by either the client or by one of your colleagues with the relevant permissions. For a detailed explanation of how vendors can have their accounts created, please refer to our comprehensive guide: How to get added to a Client on brightflag: (for Vendors and Law Firms)

Should you require further assistance or have any questions regarding account creation, our support team is readily available to provide guidance and support.


Login & Access:

Once your account has been created, it's time to log into Brightflag. You will receive an email link to log in and set your password. If you haven't received this email, make sure to check your spam or junk folder.

If you still can't find this email, ask your client which region login portal they use to sign into Brightflag. 

Please ensure to visit the correct URL, which will be indicated in the account set-up email you received or  as advised by your client. The URL is typically based on the HQ location of the client account.


To log in and access the Brightflag client platform, you will always have the same URL which is based on the location of your company's headquarters (see above). 

Logging in to the Brightflag application can be done in two ways:

1. Email address & Password

If it's your first time signing in or you've forgotten your password you can reset it by following these steps: Login Issues: Resetting my Password

2. Single Sign-On (SSO)

SSO is only available if your company has configured SSO with Brightflag logins. This is currently not available for Vendor Law Firms. If you are unsure what URL to use for this, reach out to your company's Brightflag admin or contact Brightflag Support for further help.

If you are a vendor or law firm user, the URL is based on the location of your client's headquarters. If you bill multiple clients across several regions, you may need to log in via different URLs for each client.

  • This was not helpful, because the menu icon does not show up when i am on the brightflag site, whether logged in or not.

  • EXACTLY where is the MENU??????


  • No menu when I log on either...very frustrating if trying to upload an invoice and there is no menu on the left hand side as stipulated in your guide.
