If you have been using Brightflag for just one client up until now, this article will outline the key things to note on how to best use the Brightflag Law Firm Portal while working for multiple clients.
Links to Log-In
As a market leader in data privacy, we ensure our client data is stored in the most secure and effective way that best suits their business. As such, Brightflag has three main data servers for which we store client data. These servers are based in the United States, Europe & Australia.
The log-in details for each of your clients are determined by their main HQ location. For example, a client headquartered in Germany will have their data stored on the EU server.
The log-in details for each server are listed below:
- North America: https://app.brightflag.com/login
- Europe, Middle-East & Africas: https://enterprise.brightflag.com/login
- Asia Pacific: https://aus.brightflag.com/login
When one of your existing clients starts using Brightflag for the first time, you will receive an onboarding email as one of their law firms which includes all relevant information & links to successfully log into Brightfalg for this new client.
If you are unsure what link to use to log in, please contact the dedicated Admin at your law firm or contact your client directly.
Handy Tips & Tricks
For vendor law firms that use Brightflag for multiple Clients, it's highly recommended to bookmark the three log-in links above for quick reference.
As you will have different log-in credentials for each client, it's also highly recommended to use a secure password manager application such as keepersecurity.com to safely & securely manage all your different log-in credentials and log-in issues.
