Assigning Owners to Tasks keeps your project on track.
Anyone can assign an Owner to a Task, including themselves. The Task will appear on the Owner's Task list and schedule (if a due date is assigned). The Task Owner will be notified of all activity on the Task.
There are two ways to assign a Task:
- Directly on the Task list row.
- Or within the right-hand Task pane.
When you select the Add Owner icon, a pop-up list will open, displaying the members of the Workroom.
After assigning the Owner, you can assign a due date for the task. The newly assigned Task Owner will receive an email notification of their new assignment.
