How do I use Kira with Brightflag Workspace?

You may have files in Kira that you want to reference or add to Brightflag Workspace or copy from Brightflag Workspace to Kira. These may be files in Records or Documents in a Task.

 

To copy a file into Brightflag Workspace from Kira

Export the file(s), save to your local drive

 

To copy the file(s) to Records
Select the destination folder, then drag the file(s) from your local drive OR

Open the uploader

 

To copy the file(s) to a Task
Open the Task, then upload the file(s) as a document or a reference file

 

 

To copy a file from Brightflag Workspace to Kira

Find the file(s) on Brightflag Workspace, then select the file(s) and download  

Upload to Kira

 

To copy folders from Brightflag Workspace to Kira

Find the folder(s) in Brightflag Workspace, then download to your local drive

Upload to Kira
