You may have files in your Google Drive that you want to reference or add to Brightflag Workspace or copy from Brightflag Workspace to your Google Drive. These may be files in Records or Documents in a Task.
To reference a Google Drive file in a Task
Find the link to the file(s) in your Google Drive, share with any workroom members, then open the Task and add it as a reference link
To copy a file into Brightflag Workspace from Google Drive
Find the file(s) on your Google Drive, then download the file(s) to your local drive
To copy the file(s) to Records
Select the destination folder, then drag the file(s) from your local drive OR through the uploader
To copy the file(s) to a Task
Open the Task, then upload the file(s) as a document or a reference file
To copy a file from Brightflag Workspace to Google Drive
Find the file(s) on Brightflag Workspace, then select multiple files and download
Upload to Google Drive
To copy folders from Brightflag Workspace to Google Drive
Find the folder(s) in Brightflag Workspace, then download to your local drive
Upload to Google Drive
To copy folders from Google Drive to Brightflag Workspace
Find the folder(s) in Google Drive, then download to your local drive
Upload to Brightflag Workspace Task OR Records folder
