How do I use NetDocs with Brightflag Workspace?

You may have files in NetDocs that you want to reference or add to Brightflag Workspace or copy from Brightflag Workspace to NetDocs. These may be files in Records or Documents in a Task.

 

To copy a file from NetDocs to Brightflag Workspace

First, download the file(s) from NetDocs

If you’re using the NetDocs Chrome extension (Windows systems only), once again download from the file(s) manager

 

To copy the file(s) to Records

Select the destination folder, then drag the file(s) from your local drive OR


Open the uploader

 

To copy the file(s) to a Task

Open the Task, then upload the file(s) as a document or a reference file 

 

To copy a file from Brightflag Workspace to NetDocs:

Find the file(s) on Brightflag Workspace, then select multiple files and download or open the menu and download

 

Upload to NetDocs

 

To copy folders from Brightflag Workspace to NetDocs

Find the folder(s) in Brightflag Workspace, then download to your local drive

- Upload to NetDocs
