Checking AP Api Log (Clients)

 

You can check if invoices failed to send to AP system by checking the logs in AP API Log. 

 

To check AP API Log:

  1. Navigate to Menu > Admin Settings > AP API Log

  2. Click on the Message option to see the error message and fix it on the invoice level.

  3. After fixing the message, you can resend failed invoices.
