How to Access a Matter's Workroom (Client Article)

Navigate to the relevant matter in Brightflag. If you’ve purchased Workspace, you will see a Go to Workroom button in the top right corner of your screen. Click this button to open the matter’s workroom.

If this button is greyed out, you do not have permission to open or visit the workroom. If this is incorrect, reach out to a Brightflag admin at your company to request access.
