Who Can Create Matter Groups?
✅ All Brightflag Administrators have the ability to create Matter Groups.
Creating a Matter Group
Follow these steps to create a Matter Group in Brightflag:
1. Access Matter Group Settings
Navigate to Admin Settings.
Locate the Matter Groups section.
2. Add a New Matter Group
Click "Add Matter Group."
Enter a name for the Matter Group.
Click "Manage Group" to configure the group further.
Adding Matters to a Matter Group
You can add Matters to a Matter Group using either of the following methods:
1. Via the Matter Group Settings Page
In the Manage Group section, locate the "Add Matter" field.
Type the Matter name and select it from the dropdown.
2. Via the Matter Details Page
If you are a Brightflag Admin, you can also assign a Matter to a group directly from the Matter Details Page.
