Brightflag does not support sending mass emails to vendors from within the platform.

How to Get Vendor Email Addresses Instead

If you need to contact multiple vendors, you can export a list of vendors and their email addresses. 

How to Export Vendor Details

1. Go to Menu → Vendors → Vendor Management

2. Click Export Details (top right)

3. An Excel file will download automatically

Important: Where to Find Vendor Email Addresses

The export file contains two sheets:

• Sheet 1: Vendors

• Sheet 2: Vendor Users

To see vendor email addresses:

➡️ Open the Excel file
➡️ Toggle to the second sheet labeled Vendor Users
➡️ Use the Email column

All vendor user email addresses are listed there.
