Yes — but only if the rate request is still pending approval.

If the rate request has already been approved or rejected, the rate cannot be edited. In those cases, the vendor must submit a new timekeeper rate request.


How to Edit a Pending Timekeeper Rate

Follow these steps to update a rate that is still pending approval.

1. Open the Timekeepers Page

Navigate to:

Menu → Timekeepers

The Pending Timekeepers list opens by default.


2. Find the Timekeeper

Use the filters to locate the rate request:

  • Vendor Name

  • Timekeeper Name


3. Edit the Requested Rate

Click inside the Requested Rate field.

The field will become editable.


4. Enter the Updated Rate

Type the new rate amount.


5. Save the Change

Click the ✓ checkmark and APPROVE to save the updated rate.
