1️⃣ Navigate to the Report Scheduler
📍 Go to: Reports tab > Report Scheduler
2️⃣ Locate the Scheduled Report
🔹 Find the desired report under "Manage Scheduled Reports".
3️⃣ Pause the Report
❌ Untick the "Enabled" box in the relevant row.
✔️ This will pause the report from running without deleting it.
4️⃣ Re-enable the Report (If Needed)
🔄 To un-pause or re-enable the report, tick the "Enabled" box again.
⚠️ Important Notes
- You cannot edit an existing report’s occurrence or schedule.
- If you need to change the schedule, disable the existing report and create a new one.
