How to run a saved report

Navigate to your Report section in your Menu and select Report builder:

STEPS:

1. Find the report you want to run in your saved report list.

2. Click the 3 Dots on the right opening the actions menu and click run.

Selecting Report output:

You have two options for output

Preview on Screen:  This will allow you to preview the results in the browser up to a limit of 1000 lines. If you find 1000 lines isn't sufficient you can use the Rerun report button to change to an alternative output

Send as email: This will allow you to receive the entirety of your report query without limit. 

When you select this option you enter the email of the recipient press enter and you can then run the report. You will receive an email from reports@brightflag.com and this will contain a link for you to download the report.
