How to Report on Matter Groups

Admin users can view and report on Matter Groups through Matter Management and Report Builder.

Viewing Matter Groups in Matter Management 👀

1️⃣ Navigate to the Matter Management Tab:

• This page displays all Matter Groups created for your organization.
• It also shows the total spend amount (for all time) across all matters in each group.

2️⃣ View Total Spend Details for a Specific Matter Group:

• Click on a Matter Group to access detailed spend data for each matter in the group.

3️⃣ Analyze Spend Breakdown:

• Click on the Financial Data Tab to view a monthly spend breakdown based on invoice dates.

Generating Reports on Matter Groups 📑

📌 Matter Group data is available in the following reports:

✔️ All Matters Report
✔️ Matter Spend Report

📌 These reports can be generated in Report Builder for deeper financial analysis.
