How to Manually Approve or Reject an Invoice (Admin Role)

Admins can override the existing approval workflow and manually approve or reject an invoice.

This is useful when:

  • An invoice decision needs to be made without restarting the full workflow

  • Previous reviewers do not need to review the invoice again

📌 Note
The invoice must be in Pending status before it can be manually approved or rejected.

If the invoice is Approved or Rejected, first revert it to Pending:

Steps to Manually Approve or Reject an Invoice

1. Open Workflow Edit Mode

On the Invoice Review page, click the workflow edit pen on the workflow tile.


2. Remove Other Reviewers

Remove other reviewers by clicking the 🗑 bin icon beside their names


3. Approve or Reject the Invoice

The Approve and Reject buttons will appear.

Select the appropriate option.
