If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO) to access Brightflag, you must log in through your company's designated SSO login URL.


🔹 Are You Using the Correct SSO Login URL?

If your company requires SSO authentication, you must use the dedicated SSO login URL.

🔗 If you’re unsure of the correct login link, reach out to your Brightflag Admin or Brightflag Support for assistance.

🚫 Do not attempt to log in through the standard Brightflag login page if your company uses SSO.


🔹 Why Can’t I Log In with My Username and Password?

If your company uses SSO authentication, you do not need to enter a Brightflag-specific password. Instead:

✅ Your username and password are managed by your company’s IT team.

If you are experiencing SSO login issues, try the following steps:
