How to Change Your Email Address in Brightflag

🔹 Steps to Change Your Email Address

If you are trying to access Brightflag using an email address that does not belong to you, please note that this is a violation of Brightflag’s Terms and Conditions. To ensure your firm remains compliant and avoids any penalties, you must use your own credentials to access the platform.

👉 If you need access, please contact your firm's Vendor Admin, who can add you to Brightflag using your correct email address.

✅ When Can You Request an Email Update?

You can only request to change your email address if there is a small spelling error in the current address (e.g., john.smith@exampl.com instead of john.smith@example.com).


✉️ How to Request an Email Update

1️⃣ Submit a ticket to Brightflag Support, but be sure to include your Company Admin in the request. We cannot process any changes without their approval.
OR
2️⃣ Your Company Admin can contact Brightflag Support directly to request the change.

  • You cannot update your email address yourself.

  • We require written confirmation from your Company Admin before we can proceed.
