What Are Vendor Performance Survey Emails?
Vendor Performance Survey emails are automatic emails sent to the internal matter lead when a matter is closed.
The email asks the matter lead to rate the vendor’s performance on that specific matter.
This feature is optional and is enabled at the organization level.
Why Am I Receiving These Emails?
You are receiving these emails because your organization has enabled the Vendor Performance Survey feature.
When a matter is closed in certain ways, a survey email is automatically sent to the matter lead.
When Is a Survey Sent?
Surveys are not always triggered. It depends on how the matter is closed.

When closing matters in bulk, users can choose whether or not to trigger surveys.
Can These Emails Be Disabled?
Yes — but only at the organization level.
Brightflag cannot disable survey emails without approval from your organization.

Please contact your Brightflag Administrator to request changes to this feature.
If You Are a Brightflag Administrator
To disable this feature, contact Brightflag Support. Support can turn the feature off for your organization.
If You Want to Enable This Feature
If surveys are not currently enabled and you would like to use them, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
