Overview
While Brightflag does not allow you to deactivate a vendor account directly, you can disable all associated users, which achieves the same effect. This prevents the vendor from accessing the system while retaining all their data.
Steps to Deactivate a Vendor Account

Navigate to Vendor Management
- Go to Vendors > Vendor Management in Brightflag.
- Locate the vendor you want to deactivate.

Disable All Vendor Users
- Click on the Users tab.
- Tick the Disabled checkbox for each user account associated with the vendor.
🚨 Important Note: Deactivating all users prevents the vendor from accessing Brightflag but does not remove any of their data.

Can I completely delete a vendor from Brightflag?
No, vendor data remains in Brightflag for record-keeping purposes. However, disabling all users prevents any further access.
