3. Submit a Support Request
📨 Still need help? Submit a request using the Submit a Request button in the Help Center.
Include the following details to help us resolve your issue faster:
✔ Your company’s name
✔ A description of the issue
✔ Screenshots (if applicable)
✔ The email address you use to log into Brightflag
4. Response Time
📩 Brightflag Support will respond via email within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday).
💡 To receive the fastest possible response, please submit your query using the Submit a Request form or the Help widget in Brightflag.
These channels are given priority in the support queue over direct emails sent to the support email address.
✅ To avoid missing replies:
Gmail: Open an email from @brightflag.com → Click the three dots → "Add to Contacts"
Outlook: Check your Junk folder → Mark messages from @brightflag.com as "Not Junk"
