What Is a Customer Success Manager (CSM) and How Can They Help?

If your company uses Brightflag, you likely have a Customer Success Manager (CSM) assigned to help guide your team and ensure you get the most value out of the platform.

What does a CSM do?

A Customer Success Manager (CSM) is your company’s main point of contact at Brightflag. Their role is to:

  • Support your team in using Brightflag effectively

  • Share best practices and usage tips

  • Help track goals and key milestones

  • Provide training or onboarding support

  • Facilitate communication between your company and Brightflag

  • Escalate product feedback or more complex queries internally

Your CSM typically works directly with your company’s system administrator(s) or legal operations team—they’re the bridge between your team and ours.

I’m not sure who my CSM is. What should I do?

If you're unsure who your CSM is, the best next step is to:

🧑‍💼 Contact your company’s Brightflag admin or legal ops team.
They’ll be able to tell you who your CSM is and how to reach them.

If you're the admin and still unsure who your CSM is, you can Submit a Request to Brightflag Support and we’ll connect you with the right contact.
