To edit an existing Approve/Reject Action, you'll need to delete and re-add it.
If you’re using the "Send Accounts Approval Email (Fixed)" option and want to keep your current email recipients, make sure to copy them first.
✨ Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Delete the Existing Action

Locate the Approve/Reject action you want to edit.

Click the 🗑️ trashcan icon on the right-hand side of the line to delete the action.
2. ➕ Re-Add the Action

Click the
+ Add Actionbutton. -
From the dropdown, select the action that you want to re-add

Click the
Add Actionbutton at the top right-hand corner of the screen to apply your changes.

⚠️ Don't forget to save! If you close the screen or navigate away without clicking Save, your changes won’t be applied.
