How to Find Invoices That Have Been Batch Exported

📍 Where to Find Exported Batches

To access exported invoice batches:

1. Go to the Menu

2. Click on AP Export.

3. Select the Batches for AP Export tab.

This will display a list of all invoice batches that have already been exported to your AP system.

📄 How to View Invoices Within a Batch

To see which invoices were included in a specific batch:

• Click the down arrow (▾) next to any batch in the list.

• This will expand the batch and show all invoices that were part of that export.
