If a vendor onboarding email was lost or deleted - it is not possible to resend it.

Vendors can still complete onboarding by following the steps in our Vendor Onboarding Guide.

💡 Make Sure to Tell Them the Server

When guiding the vendor, be sure to let them know which Brightflag server your organization is on:

🔹 North America: app.brightflag.com/login
🔹 Europe, Middle-East & Africa: enterprise.brightflag.com/login
🔹 Asia Pacific: aus.brightflag.com/login
