Why Can’t I Review Accruals Yet?

If you cannot review accruals, it is usually due to one of the following:


1️⃣ The Submission Deadline Has Not Passed

You cannot review accruals until after the submission deadline.

To check the deadline:

  • Admin Users:
    Go to Menu → Admin Settings → Accruals

  • Non-Admin Users:
    Contact your Admin User to confirm the deadline.


2️⃣ The Review Window Is Closed

After the deadline passes, accruals can be reviewed:

  • For 5 days after the deadline

  • Or until the end of the month

  • Whichever comes first

If this period has passed, review access closes.

If enabled, the Editing After Cutoff setting may allow late edits.


3️⃣ The Vendor Did Not Submit an Accrual

If nothing appears under the Submitted tab:

  1. Go to Menu → Financial Management → Review Accruals

  2. Click the Not Submitted tab

If the matter appears there, the vendor did not submit an accrual for your review.
